Dover Septic Tank Cleaning

These guys are awesome, showed up just hours after my call for help and the best price! They never even complained about the downpour, the massive overgrowth of Wisteria or the insane tree roots they fought. Our family has always used them and will forever be loyal customers of Dover Septic. Because admit friends- when you have this type of emergency- you want the Best and Fastest!

I called sauterday May 25, 2019 and they said they could come out Monday on memorial day. I was surprised but grateful because are septic was backed up bad. They came out and got the job done quick and explain a lot to me about up keep and helped fix a issue that was caused before I git in the house. Would recommend them to anyone in the area. Great people and great service. They have a customer for life with me.

They busted my waterline. Didn’t empty my septic. They was rude. They won’t pay for water their driver wasted. I don’t recommend them they the worst ever. I used them 7 months ago and now I’m having to have it done again. They don’t provide good services. I would go elsewhere before ever using them again.

Was not satisfied with the services provided. They came out to pump my septic tank in November 2017 now 6 months later I need to get it pumped again. From my understanding a septic tank isn’t supposed to be pumped out again for at least 3-4 years. I feel like they ripped me off and had the nerve to tell me I’d have to pay another $225 in order for them to come back out, which is ridiculous! I just paid them to do the service 6 MONTHS AGO!

These guys are great!! Lovely, polite and great at what they do.. i wont be going anywhere else from now on. Thanks Dover!!!
