Russ Dixon was so responsive, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! He did a fantastic job of identifying and fixing the problem, and even helped us with setting up the next step of addressing the water that had leaked into the wall and carpet. From the time we discovered the leak, it was less than 3 hours before it was fixed, which was especially impressive because it was Friday night after hours. We had an issue with our main water line from house to the street and we called on Sunday and within a few hours Josh Powell came out to scope the job even though we were not a current client they made us a priority. Josh came out the following day and did the work in a reasonable amount of time and because he needed to dig up an area of the front yard he made sure that it looked almost as if there was no digging that had been done. He was very professional and polite. We will definitely be their costumer going forward with any other work we need done. Highly recommended
