I can clearly see why they aren't rated over 2 stars. Customer service is terrible. An hour and a half after receiving the on our way text, "it'll be 21 minutes" I called them. The young lady didn't seem too concerned that Cody was late. "Sometimes they pick up jobs on the way to a scheduled appointment " is actually what she told me. I told her that the 11 to 3 window was rapidly closing and I had to get my daughter from school. Long story short, no service performed and I called them back 4 times in a row. Everytime straight to voicemail (they close at 5pm). We've used them in the past (through our home warranty) and wasn't impressed then either. Never again!

This company has a 0 tolerance policy....so much for professionalism or customer service. The technicians amd management dont care about image...Shame on them I would never use this company ever

Worst plumber ever. I previously requested the warranty company not send this plumber back two years ago. He doesn't carry the tools other plumbers consider standard. He looks to find a way to have the warranty company not cover the repairs so he can overcharge the customer. Do not use this plumber...

Cody was prompt, professional and resolved the problem without creating additional issues just to earn more money like most plumbers would have done. I am so excited to have this issue resolved!!!! I would recommend A-American Plumbing to anyone in need!

This van was in the righthand turning lane on Long Point Rd at Hwy 17 and turned left instead cutting off the other driver. On Hwy 17 N the driver switched lanes erratically. Seemed to be in a hurry to cause a wreck. This is a picture of the van I saw. You should be able to decide who was driving by the tag.
