The company sends out a courtesy text letting you know when the tech is in route. The tech also calls you to let you know they’re on their way. When the job is done, you get another text summarizing the job completed. Wes V. did a great job installing my new kitchen faucet. I greatly appreciated him wiping down the area thoroughly before installing my new faucet. When he was done, he cleared out all the trash and old faucet parts. I was very pleased with his work and would highly recommend Klaus and Sons to everyone.

I had a water leak so I called out this company. First, a guy named Tyler showed up an was AWESOME! He worked hard to determine what the problem was and how it could be fixed. Soon, more guys showed up to help out and eventually 4 guys were there. The issue was eventually diagnosed and the guy who was in charge said they could fix it for 1600 bucks. I said no thanks. 5 minutes later he offered to fix it for 850 bucks which I still declined on principle. He came down 50% on his quote so quickly I felt like he was trying to take advantage of my situation. The reason i decided to do this review is because one of the workers, NOT Tyler, thought it was ok to dump out the contents of his shop vacuum in the middle of my front lawn and then leave it for me to clean up. I thought that was unprofessional! Then they took some of my tools with them when they left which I hope to get back soon.

Over 30 years Klaus & Sons has been performing consistently well with reasonable price for all of my plumbing and air conditioning needs. Every service technician is well trained and very personable. The expertise starts at the top with Dan who is always exhibiting his dedication through example.
