Dependable Service Plumbing & Air

We had a shower issue that we tried to get resolved with another company and after two unsuccessful attempts (when they told us it was resolved both times) we gave Dependable Services a call and it was so worth it. They were able to get a technician out within two hours of calling, find the issue and had it fixed for our renters within three hours of the initial call. Absolutely awesome company - responsive, professional and so reasonable with costs! Thanks to Vincent and the team for all their hard work and dedication to high quality service. Will definitely be using in the future!

Eric Taylor worked on our plumbing issues yesterday and he demonstrated his skills in completing all our requirements in a rapid and efficient manor. He properly assessed our needs and promptly fixed our plumbing issues. Once he completed his tasks he completely cleaned up around his work and there was no indication that he had ever been there. He was very personable and professional in all aspects of his service.

They know how to communicate. I love them. I had problems with 2 other plumbers giving different prices and thinking I’m stupid. Dependable came the day after I called. Sent a picture of technician and they were on the way. Called and sent emails on what needed to be fixed and prices. Super reasonable with discounts for being a loyalty customer. So I got the $224 a year for. 2 HVAC checks a year and one for plumbing. Plus discounts on whatever they need to fix. That’s a super deal, and I think it’s free emergency service. They are absolutely wonderful at what they do. I’m so happy with the service. My neighbor even decided he was getting them as he was there in my place and saw their work ethics. Dave did a fantastic job, he explained what he was doing and all the options available before selecting a toilet. Installation was expertly done and he cleaned up everything nicely. Highly recommended!
