I had a guy named Josh and he was over and beyond excellent.I had called Coles first because they had someone available first but in the mist of calling them roto rooter called me back so coles came first gave me a outrageous bill as a estimate plus a 59.00 fee just to come out (no work done at all) Coles was here maybe a hour looking around telling me that it would be 752.00 and it’s no guarantee it would work and that maybe if they do it it will (not what you want to hear from a business charging 752.00) I declined because the guys from roto rooter called me just in time so I paid the 59.00 and sent them on their way . Josh arrived with no knowledge of what Coles said and went straight to the problem he didn’t even come look around in the house he just knew it like a pipe whisper or something lol anyways within 5 mins all I hear is the water that had been clogged in my toilets and bathtubs flushing like crazy all at once and I was like wow he did that already by this time I called Coles and complained And let them knew that I had a better service and a plumber who actually knows what he is doing . Josh was excellent, very friendly , knowledgeable, and willing to help with anything he could . What I loved the most is that he was straight forward I knew the price before he even started not after like Coles did and it wasn’t any hidden ridiculous fees and my plumbing issues was fixed in minutes . I definitely will tell e eruone to choose roto rooter and ask for Josh tell him Katrina Annamraju sent you lol Great Job Josh ! It was nice to meet you and thanks for your hard work and getting me bs k into my nice hot shower after being up all day long after a 12 hour shift . YOU ARE THE BEST !
