City Septic definitely separates themselves from the competition. At first I was a little skeptical because on the phone I was quoted a (Starting Price). When Billy (the driver) pulled into my driveway he put a tarp under the pump truck to prevent any chance of a leak on my driveway. Then before Billy began digging up my septic tank lid he layed out a 5x5 tarp to put the dirt on to help avoid making a mess. At this point in time I went back into my house. Shortly there after Billy knocked on the door and asked for me to step outside to see for myself what he was getting into before he began working. Billy was able to educate me on how to better maintain my septic system and explained the upcharge that he will need charge me. I agreed to the upcharge and and went back inside. Again Billy knocked on the door and wanted me to see that the septic tank was in good shape and cleaned out. I went inside to get the check book and I when I came back out I could not even tell where Billy dug up the septic tank lid. The grass looked as good as new. City septic went above and beyond my expectations!

Billy really helped us out when we needed a tank pumped the same day we called. He was on time and finished pumping in no time. Will call him the next time I need any service.
