I highly highly recommend J & J septic services! Very helpful, and knowledgeable. My wife and I just moved from PA and bought a house in Seneca, the previous owners had not pumped the tank in over 10 years, it need pumped! Justin from J & J came out located our tank, dug down to it and pumped it. We decided to have a riser put on to allow easy access to the tank in the future. Justin came back out that afternoon and installed the riser. All was done for a very reasonable price. We will be using J & J in the future.
I strongly recommend using J & J Liquid Waste Services. I called to set up an appointment to have my residential septic tank pumped. Having moved into this home rather recently, I was not sure where the tank cap was located. Justin gave a fair estimate on the cost for helping me find it and then for pumping the septic tank. On the day of the appointment Justin showed up right on time. Using his extensive knowledge of residential septic tank systems he was able to locate the tank cap quickly and with minimal fuss. The tank was pumped quickly and cleanly and everything was put back to normal. Justin also did a great job explaining my system to me and helping me learn more about what to watch for and how to care for the system. I appreciated his honesty, integrity, timeliness, and quality of work. If you are in the upstate area around Clemson, as I am, I cannot recommend J & J Liquid Waste Services strongly enough.
JJ Liquid Waste Services did a great job locating our septic tank and pumping it. Justin was knowledgeable, friendly, and on-time. It was also a huge plus to actually be able to speak to the owner rather than have some lead service refer you to an unknown company. Also, prices were very reasonable. Our service was in Anderson, SC. I would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
