My experience was awesome. Eric came out, diagnosed our problem with our water heater and got us a replacement in no time. So far everything works great!!

My pipes burst at my home and luckily I found Erik on Thumbtack to repair the issue. He came out as soon as I said I would be home and fixed the pipes at the price quoted (no extra fees like other contractors tried to add on) He helped me understand why it happened and was a very polite and respectful young man. My overall with this company was fantastic and I have recommended Imperial Services and Contracting to all my church members, co-workers, and neighbors!

Erik is by far the best guy in Columbia to tackle all of your plumbing and electrical needs. I called up Erik for a complete re-pipe of my 80 year old home and to move my washer and dryer hook-ups. He completed everything in one day and came back once my washer and dryer was delivered to make sure everything was installed correctly. It’s refreshing working with someone who is a nice and friendly person, rather than a corporate plumber who just wants your money. I’ll be recommending Erik to everyone that needs plumbing or electrical help. Looking forward to working with you plenty more in the future!
