For a small business their administrative technology is top of the line! I've utilized this companies services twice. Both projects were completed faster than I anticipated, and the quality of the work surpassed my expectations! Whenever I've called for service, they've treated me as if my call was most important. While they were here working, they worked quickly and skillfully to get the job done. They were careful about not making any additional mess and cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed. They took the time to listen to me about the issues. They presented options for resolving my issues and explained what was going on. I highly recommend On Point for any plumbing or gas line needs! I've utilized their services for both and I'm highly satisfied with their work!

I used Rob for a total renovation. He gave a competitive quote, always showed up for scheduled appointments, never presented an invoice until his work was completed. His work was excellent! We called Rob at On Point Plumbing for an estimate on our hot water tank. It had not been producing enough hot water for one shower! Rob showed up at the time he said he would and got right to work. I just knew we were going to need a new tank. But, Rob says he is going to change out the heating elements because everything else looked to be in great condition! Since that day we have had hot water that last 4 showers AND washing laundry! I’m convinced any other company would have told us to replace our tank and charged us a second mortgage! We use On Point Plumbing for all our needs and recommend them to family, friends and strangers! We can not thank Rob and Kirsten at On Point Plumbing enough! 5 star service that is honest and reliable! Thank you!
