Vines Plumbing & Water Restoration

Needed to write this review because it’s hard to find a good honest reliable company, such as Vines. We had a pipe break in our foundation of our home. Vines responded promptly, they were very professional and explained what our options would be. We chose how we wanted them to fix it, they came in, did exactly what was needed in a timely and professional manner. Vines even came in under the estimate that they had quoted us, which was quite a comfort to me as a customer because of course I was assuming they would at least come in at budget if not over like most companies do. Vines was very honest, fast, professional and reliable. Their honesty speaks volumes to their ownership. If you ever need a good honest company please call Vines. I will be a customer for life. I cannot say enough about Vines Plumbing and Restoration. After a leaky dishwasher ruined our kitchen floor, the people at Vines took care of us. Doug walked us through the restoration process and Darren led the team who did the work. Both were punctual, professional and reliable. Mike, who installed a new water heater for us might be the hardest worker I have encountered. The girls in the office always called us to keep us in the loop and to let us know who was showing up and when. I hope we never have a problem again, but if we do my first call goes to Vines.

I could use many words to describe the experience with Cary Thompson and Vines Plumbing. I will say it was an EXCELLENT experience and Mr. Thompson did a thorough job! Well done Mr. Thompson!!

Vines was easy to make an appointment with and came the same day we called. They let us know when our tech would arrive and texted us again a half hour prior to let us know they were on the way. Mr. Thompson did an excellent job replacing the valves behind my washing machine. He was extremely professional and pleasant. We will be using Vines again!

Remodeling a home, had many fixtures replaced and new shower valves installed. Cary, one of the technician, really took care of us. At one point we had 4- 5 extra technicians in the home from Vines Plumbing but Cary was the only one that could actually fix all of issues that came up. If you chose Vines Plumbing make sure you ask for Cary! Also Julie, from the office, took great care of us we appreciate all of the hard work!
