On the eve of a visit by 10 family members one of our two water heaters died. Bluffton plumbing came that day and installed a new unit. The office staff and the plumber, Tim, were friendly, efficient , neat and wonderful to work with. I now have them on speed dial and will use them anytime I need a plumber. My highest recommendation.
They are the nicest people I have ever dealt with. My elderly father had plumbing issues and while I'm in another state they took such good care of us assuring me that they would locate him being new to the area and fix the plumbing issue. They had the problem fixed within a couple of hours being a last minute emergency. My father said the young gentleman couldn't have been nicer and truly professional. They treated us like family.
