I waited for over an hour and a half for an estimate appointment only to have the person never show up. I called the company. She told me she would call the plumber and call me right back. When she called back she told me she could not reach the plumber, but to wait longer he was on his way. I asked if she could not reach him how did she know he was on his way...she simply said she was sure he would be there soon. HE NEVER SHOWED! Needless to say they have lost our business. We will now be using a company that does not waste our time.
Came when expected. Followed up immediately. Very pleased.
