Good company

Called numerous times and they kept saying they'd come out, they never would. Total waste of time.

Forced to leave job today because foreman and superintendents actions began driving me ???? , hired on as helper worked a year at Wilmington location hospital, did not know much but always showed willingness to learn while full time college student, no one takes initiative lead, no guidance, deff no feedback, no respect treats you like slave and there the owners. So disrespect as to not even reply to a simply “hey boss what’s up” nothing and keeps going always demanding to receive though. Up and direct liar to your face then no feedback on the evaluation or why you could not receive what was asked from hard work. Many other employees believe this as well but the pick and choose they do is soo wrong. Never experienced this before know it’s wrong and your just going to keep loosing GooD Smart workers because Robert Hart and Billy Pitts management is just terrible.
