I got a unit from them it was supposed to have a 10 year warranty it didnt get registered instead now I have a 5 when my heat pump froze no return calls. They were temporarily out of business.

These guys are amazing. I live in Columbia and had to call someone to go to my grandmother's house in Bennettsville because her air was out. It was 90 degrees in her house and that is not acceptable for anyone. I called them at 1030pm and they were there within 30 mins and had her up and running in another 30. The importance of having a trustworthy company with respectful technicians can not be understated. Amazing company. If you want amazing service at fair prices, don't call anyone other than these guys! Thanks so much!
