I hired Plumb Pro to manage a difficult main waterline relocation. Scott and his crew did an amazing job under some challenging circumstances. They were punctual, professional, highly skilled and got the job done in half the time I thought possible. In retrospect, I’m not surprised- these guys are professionals. And as for the work performed and what I was charged, I consider their rates more than reasonable. I can’t thank them and Plumb Pro enough as their completion of this task has improved the quality of my life. This may sound a little far fetched, but it’s true. I will most definitely be calling them again for any of my plumbing needs. Their work is outstanding and unsurpassed. Discovered water collecting in a downstairs light fixture. I called Plumb-Pro and within an hour the plumber, Scott, was at my door. Scott diagnosed the problem, explained the needed fix, provided an estimate, completed the work, cleaned up, and was on his way. Professional job start to finish. Thanks, Scott and Plumb-Pro!
Our hot water tank totally failed. Plumb Pro was able to get us on the schedule and installed a new one for us that day. DJ was very helpful, and checked a few different things for us along the way. Everything was cleaned up, and we are happy to have hot water again.
Service was great! Came quick! But I feel it was just too expensive for what I needed... ????♀️. I paid $360ish (down from $460ish) for a pipe to be replaced. It was an outside connections to the hose and he had to cut the drywall to get access and replace pvc with something better. Replaced the hose bib. Took about 30 mins... that’s a lot of $$ for that but I would have been put $40 bucks if I went shopping for a cheaper price.... professional customer service and workmanship!
