The job was switching out washer valves and that he did. So for that I am very happy and satisfied. My husband and I tried and had a glitch so we called. Should be a quick easy job Parts cost about $20 so when he quoted me $375 I was floored. I wheeled and dealed and he came down to $225. That is still a ridiculous price but better. I dont like wheeling and dealing. Makes me think a company is shady!! Work is done though and isnt leaking any longer so for that I'm satisfied.

He has done several plumbing jobs for me in the last few years and always does a great job. When the job is complete, everything works perfectly and the job site is clean. I have referred him to friends and family who have all been very pleased with the completed work. Call them if you want a company you can count on!

I highly recommend Hedrick & Young Plumbing for water heater problems. 2 plumbing companies have already looked into my water heater and did not see any problem despite the fact that it gives hot water on and off. H&Y did not stop until they see the problem. They called the water heater company and trouble shoot it with them. They fixed my water heater at a very reasonable price. They did not charge me any until they fixed it. Dustin is very nice and respectful. He came on time and did a great job.

I truly recommend Hedrick and Young services. My water heater broke on a Friday night and my garage was full of water. I called Hendrick and Young and they responded immediately and within 30 mins. Wesley Hatfield and his colleague arrived. They assessed the problem and indicated that I needed to replace the water heater. Immediately they provided options which I appreciated. The service and cost of the new heater was fair. They came back the next morning and replace it. They worked efficiently and skillfully and attention to detail.
