I had a plumbing emergency 2 weekends ago when our main water line broke. I called a few companies, but no answer and no call backs. My mistake was that I should've called Sweetwater first. I think I called at one of the worst times, 8am on a Sunday morning when almost every company is off duty. Well to my suprise, they answered immediately!   I was given an ETA of 45 minutes, the technician got here in 30 minutes. The technician greeted me and went straight to work. He took a good look and knew exactly what to do. The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently. Since the call was on a weekend especially on a Sunday morning, I was expecting to be charged an arm and a leg, but thankfully it wasn't haha The invoice was very reasonable and definitely less than I expected, what a great feeling! I am very happy with their service, attitude, and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone wholeheartedly. Thanks to him and Sweetwater, I am a grateful customer:)

I called Sweetwater Plumbing two days ago after our sewer backed up into the basement. I called three other companies and Sweetwater was the only one that answered the phone and was able to get to my home in less than an hour. Joe was very friendly, professional and very efficient. When he came inside the house, he did not, I repeat he did not look around the house to see what I have unlike other companies I have dealt with. He got right to the issue clearing the clog and had it completed pretty quickly. He knew what to do and went right to it! Loved it! He was very clean and professional. The price was very fair, especially for coming out late in the evening with no notice! That was a huge Yes for me! I highly recommend Joe from Sweetwater. I would call again if needed in the future! Shane came out a few days ago to work on my parents house. This is the first time we ever needed to hire a plumber because my father would always fix the issue himself. Well this time, the problem was bigger so thats when we called Sweetwater. I can say Shane took his time inspecting and then immediately got to the issue. The job took longer than expected but like my father always said, "Its better to take your time and do things right the first time then to rush and cause problems down the road". We were blessed with the quality of work and pricing!
