Our home had it’s fair share of issues the past week and we’ve had to make multiple calls to receive services. Each time we had a team member come out and help. Each time they went above and beyond their call of duty to help us. We were faced with the news that our unit wouldn’t be repairable. The guys took time out of their day to consult with my husband for over an hour and come up with the best solution to fit our needs. On top of that they came out and knocked a large job out in one day. They we’re the most friendly and professional team I’ve ever experienced in this industry. Even the office team were beyond nice to my husband. We’re beyond grateful to all the guys that came out and helped us. Thank you so much! I wish I could remember everyone’s name, because they were all worthy of praise.

Very satisfied with the work that was done at my house recently. Both AC units in our home went out and Waldrop was there to help. They came out after 7pm for the initial call, this is great since myself and my wife work all day. Brian was great to deal with and gave a fair and honest opinion. Steve came by to check everything out and make sure all was right and even gave us 2 window units to use in the until they could come replace the others. They came within the following days to replace both units, Steve had 2 of his crews come out and knock it all out in one day. Super happy with all the work and the follow ups. Much appreciate everything they did for us and our home. 10/10 would recommend.

Waldrop was able to come out to my house on a Saturday afternoon after 4pm and not charge me an outrageous fee just to look at my AC unit. The technician was able to troubleshoot and repair the unit quickly. Very professional technician. I would highly recommend them!! Thank you Waldrop!!

The serviceman Brian that came out was very efficient. My husband had just had surgery and come home that day to find out our A/C was out. Brian fixed us right up. He got our air back on and we finally had cool air. Brian was very friendly and courteous. Thanks again for helping us out

Excellent service. Tech was a real nice person. Love the customer service you provide. Don’t like the 30.00 dollar increase for yearly service. Why so much more ?
