Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had just moved in and our gas water heater went out. Rotorooter offered fast service. Donny provided great service with a friendly personality. He made sure everything was working right before he left.

The operator that came out to my home was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I had issues the first time they came out due to a blocked line. After hand digging everything up to find a crushed Orangeburg pipe, it was cleared within seconds... Only for me to just dig it up to replace it. Which at that point it should have been more customer first and I should have had a cheaper rate due to me doing the hard work. However, no hard feelings. I still was grateful for this help and service.

We called RotoRooter with a plumbing emergency! Initially they stated they couldn’t come until the next morning! However, I called back and they stated they’d see what they can do. In less than 30 minutes, they called back and said they’d be here in approximately 2 hours. To my surprise, they showed up at my house in just about an hour. We were so happy! The technician was pleasant and professional, and fixed the problem right away and with a smile! Thank you!!
