I had a tankless gas hot water heater go out the morning that we had friends and family coming in to stay and visit. I called them as well as other local groups trying to get my water heater replaced before everyone arrived. They came out, gave me a quote, and started working on replacing the water heater before any other company had even called me back. They even found a defect in the gas line hookup to the water heater and repaired that as well. Friendly and fast service, would recommend to anyone.

Hands down the best experience we have ever had with a company. We just got back from vacation and our tankless water heater died. I called RooterNOW and they came with an hour of our request for service. The technician, James was extremely professional and knowledgeable and assessed our issue immediately. Before we knew it he had a new tank delivered and team of professionals arrive to assist with the installation. They brought a tent to protect their work and our new water heater because it was raining! The owner even showed up to make sure his team and us were happy with the experience. On top of it all, they were more reasonably priced then anyone else. Wow!
