Don't ever call these people. I gave them 1 star just because they showed up. When they left they didn't even turn my boiler back on. We learned that when my wife had an ice cold shower. We had a strong fuel oil odor after they did the maintenance. A week later when our oil delivery man was told of the problem while checking our tank for problems he found that the firebox door had never been shut. Now one zone of the house doesn't always shut off which leaves me heating the outdoors in order to sleep in my bedroom. This was the initial issue they were called to fix. On top of all that they were condescending to my wife to the point of being rude. If you want considerate and competent service, call someone else.
