Very happy with a furnace cleaning and some small repairs they did. (A few valves needed to be replaced.) They were much less expensive than I was quoted by a larger, regional company. Glad I kept calling around and did not accept the first quote I got. I did think the owner was coming to do the work, but it was someone who was licensed but he was not the owner. However, everything went well and no mess was left behind.

They just installed a Rinnai high efficiency gas boiler. I got rid of my oil furnace because I was spending $3,500 every year just on the oil! The efficiency of the new boilers and the lower fuel costs got me to make the decision. I also thought my boiler was on its last legs as it was over 20 years old. The contractor was great. The work only took a day and they had done this project many times before so everything went smoothly. They showed up on time and have always answered the phone when I called. I am happy with their service.
