We ended up (after a frustrating morning of phone calls to other companies) contacting Advanced Plumbing RI. The owner/operator is Jody Willis. He gave us a great price (about $350 less than another RI company with a cool phone number btw). Despite having a full day of jobs booked, Jody came out to do the install at the end of the day (arriving at around 5pm), and was done in less than 2 hours. He was polite, kind, friendly and absolutely professional. His final bill at the end was about 5% under what he quoted over the phone. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!
You won't find a better guy than Jody. He stuck with us through an extremely difficult job after two other plumbers bailed. He went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out perfectly. He also sensed how little I understood about the technical side of things and made sure to take extra time along the wat to explain it all in simple terms. His integrity alone is worth ten stars.vmVery affordable too. I can't say enough about Advanced Plumbing. Jody is the best!
