We had a home inspection that required a quick repair to keep buyers happy. Sue was great, she came to our condo in Walpole right away and without much direction found the problem, fixed it, cleaned up and left. The price was very reasonable. This was the third time Sue helped us out in a jam. The pink van drew a lot of curiosity and I gave her info to the realtor who was very impressed. Please make Sue your 1st call!

Absolutely excellent. I hired GEM (via Home Depot) to install one mini split and a central air system for our second floor. They were here promptly at 8am and got to work immediately every day, did everything on schedule, no mistakes. They were also very careful about the aesthetics and the fact that this is 100 year old home with plaster everywhere. I’m pleased to recommend them to anyone, they were professional and efficient!

Great service. All their techs have been great. They are very good at explaining the issue in a way that makes practical sense to someone who has no idea what is going on (like me!). Easy to schedule and their folks on the phone are awesome too.

The technician did a great job explaining what he is doing and later his opinion after the check up. He is very articulate about solutions and options we have. The service guy is supper nice and humorous. He shared quite a lot useful tips about how to be a responsible AC system user. We certainly enjoyed talking with him and liked his work. We recommend his service and GEM company.

My mother needed service same day. We called and the tech came. Jacob was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything step by step in terms we could understand. He gave us all options with no pressure to make snap decisions. Everything was working well at his departure. Great experience.
