Fantastic service! Answered all my calls, even out of the office or during off-hours to get a very important job done. The staff is nothing but courteous and professional and knowledgeable. They set up a big job for me and got all the necessary permits and were prompt, clean, kind and solved some extra problems for me on top of what I initially needed. A+ for quality service I will trust again.

These guys did a complete re-pipe on my old row home. They did an excellent job and were honest and fair on pricing. I got three bids in and they didn't come in the lowest but the honesty and the promptness and professionalism that they displayed was enough for me to give them the bid. So thank you Jack Edmondson you did a great job anybody I know who's buying an old home I recommend you.

i do concur with the previous review from "A Google User." top-notch on-site work with caring and attentive service from the office. our oil-to-gas heating conversion was handled expertly and with respect for all of our questions and concerns. none of the pandering or condescension that i have endured in dealing with some contractors. and while we only solicited one other bid on the job for a high-efficiency heater installation, jack came in 40% lower (and with much more experience in the field). i couldn't recommend this family-run operation any more highly.

JE is trying really hard to be accommodating even though they are suffering from growing pains and a tight time schedule that has them overwhelmed.. I appreciate their honesty and help. Jack and his team are the only plumbers in Fishtown that I trust.
