Excel Plumbing Heating & Air

I saw this company working in the area and needed to hire a master plumber to replace a soil line form or building to the street. I had already received 4 estimates from other companies and just did not make a decision as of yet. Once meeting with a job foreman and receiving a quote I decided to research the company. I read the reviews and there were positive and negative reviews. I spoke to a company I know who they told me that did some work for and decided to use them. Being in the service business also, you know what to look for in a service company. Any way, they cam out on time, were very professional in every way, and cleaned up afterword. even corrected a few plumbing issues inside and no additional charge. Comments state the office staff was rude. Well they answered the phone every time I called and were extremely professional. Excel will now be my go to plumber and I use plumbers quite often owning rental properties

Couldn’t be more disappointed with these guys. Came to our facility to fix our hot water heater and literally the day after, broke again. We called them to address the issue and they’re response was to call an electrician. Thank You for completely wasting our time and money. Never again will we work with You

The Secretary is very rude, she doesn’t call you back to confirm your scheduled time. She Argues with you on the phone then hangs up on you.They do not guarantee their work when something goes wrong. The staff that came out to our office is not knowledgeable when asked a question they said call the office and ask for the owner. He will be able to answer all your questions. The secretary told me numerous times that they would charge us a service fee because we were further away than their normal customers. Mind you we are located in Newtown. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you go with this company they will Disrespect You and take advantage of you. The job will job WILL NOT be completed correctly!!!!

Horrible experience. Very easy to get in touch with for service but Very Difficult to deal with after they blew our fuse and refused to assist in any way. Would not recommend this company

This business picks up the phone.I called in the morning becuase my tenant water heater went bad and need it replaced right away,they came right out for a estimate and by the afternoon the same day it was done and competive price.I would do business again with this company.
