The quality didn't meet the price at all. Hired for plumbing part in our remodeling project. The scope was clearly outlined (prepare the piping for connecting with shower and sink faucet, connect the bathtub), they estimated it for 4 hrs of work + cost of parts to be delivered by them. Spent an hour of paid time for waiting for the required parts to be delivered by their guy. Failed to complete the scope within initially agreed time, didn't connect the bathtub. When installing the faucets we revealed, that they mixed the pipes with hot and cold water when routing the necks. Had to reroute ourselves at the end. I really regret that I couldn't stop paycheck. It was a shame from their side. Will never hire them again.

Used them twice this month. First Anthony to fix a toilet and he was wonderful. Then I had a leak which turned out to be a huge job. Robert gave a fair price, when it turned out to be way more involved he just barely raised the price. I felt it was very fair. He also continuously sent people out until it was right. I would recommend them.

Great service, consistently. The same people time after time. I have used them for over 10 years now. Robert Metzger and his great group are wonderful.

Work was good; just ask for a quote upfront. Did 2 days of work for me. On day 1 I asked for an estimate, and he did not give me one, not even a ball-park. Finished the job, and he ripped my eye-balls out on the price.
