I am consistently impressed with the politeness of anyone who visits our home. They always arrive on time with excellent communication about who our tech will be and when they are in transit. Work is completed efficiently and everything is explained to us thoroughly. The sales approach is relatively low pressure with options, benefits, and risks laid out in a way that the consumer can make the decision best for them. All around a great experience in both ongoing maintenance visits and installation of new units (blower and water heater). I fully expect to use them for our aging AC replacement soon.

This was my first visit from Joseph Giannone. Very professional, thorough, and timely service. John L. was the responding technician and he was great! My AC works now and it didn’t take him long. At the end of the service he laid out a few options for continued and/or additional services with full disclosure and pricing. Meaning, he didn’t try to “sell” my anything per se, just gave me open and honest possibilities very comfortably without pressure. Well done. I will continue to use and recommend them moving forward. Especially being in a growing market like South Philly.
