Our pump failed on our system and we looked on line and found what we needed but we needed it NOW. So we called B & C Septic and they had the part within an hour. Not only that, if we bought it online we would have a one year warranty but since we got it through B & C and they are a dealer, we get the 3 year warranty! They were both awesome to work with

No one better than these guys Honest reliable fair prices and fast service

Bob and Cheryl run a Great family shop, Jim too, They're a knowledgeable, very helpful and responsive local small business and there when you need them. They are great people as is everyone at B&C, I've been a customer for 18 years. Their pricing is fair and they work around the bad weather we've had as best they can. My experience has always been, As soon as the ground will let them on site, they are there.

It's going 8 months of getting the run around. I moved to a new house and was told that Bob installed septic. So I figured best to deal with them in regards to having the multiple issues repaired. I have been given every excuse, for the first few months it was the weather which it was a tough winter. Then after multiple calls they came out and said would get me a quote in a week. Now two months later multiple calls and promises of call backs, Bob finally responds to my email. Either there is some serious confusion or just another excuse but he made it seem like I never reached out over the last 7 plus months. So I said ok fine whatever, when can we schedule. Now still waiting once again to hear back. I have tried calling and emailing and nothing. I really try to support family run businesses but not sure why they are being so difficult. I am literally trying to give them my business and they are doing everything they can to lose me as a potential long term customer. It's really frustrating
