I have used Brians for my business and home for years, always prompt, always fixed every issue, very reasonable pricing.

Called Brian at 7:32pm on a Saturday in July. Our central air had stopped working (90+ degrees all week), and the cooling unit was making a buzzing noise. Brian came to the house, diagnosed, and corrected the problem and had our house cool again within 35 minutes of calling him. Excellent service, very polite, and very reasonable priced. Will definitely be using his service again in the future.

External unit stopped working. Called Brian at 0830, he called back before 0900. Stopped out the same day, and repaired the unit. Instead of pushing me to replace the condenser and costing me more money, he worked on it, and got it functional. He also worked to quiet the unit some. Price was more than reasonable, and he was effective and efficient. Nothing but good to say.

Called when our heat pump wasn't cooling the house. A friendly guy came out right away. He charged the coolant - and as he was finishing up he told me that there was a coolant leak... which means he shouldn't have charged it because it was just going to leak out again. 48 hours and a few hundred dollars later, our A/C wasn't working again. Since then I found out it's illegal for HVAC people to charge the coolant if they know it's just going to leak out into the air.
