We have been a customer for over 25 years, with both our oil furnace, tank, and air conditioner being installed and serviced by Eshenaurs over that time. We are on the budget plan and our deliveries are always on time. Our annual service work is also always well done. My only complaint is with their billing department. Since we're on the budget plan we pay a set amount per month for our fuel oil. I keep track of our deliveries and their cost and usually around February or March I'll figure out what our total will be for the season (August - July). If I find that the budget plan will be off a bit, then I'll adjust my monthly payment accordingly so that I don't end up with a large final payment or credit in June or July. This year their billing department didn't credit me correctly so I had to call and straighten this out. This is not the first time that I had to do this, and if I look online at my account transactions, it's still not listed correctly for this current year. To their credit, they have always ended up fixing their mistake but I just wonder how many errors on other customer's bills they may make that end up not being discovered. But other than that, I am never left in the cold which is honestly the most important thing when looking at an energy delivery company.
Recently had central air instslled in my house. Installers were fantastic and Dave who was the salesman is very professional and overall a great person. I have been doing business for 30 yrs with these people and always had great service
We are very pleased with Eshenaur & Son! Highly recommend for fuel service. They deliver our oil on a schedule that meets our needs. We appreciate the online payment option. And, the delivery men have been friendly and efficient.
I have been a customer for a number of years. Propane deliveries are always made when needed. I get a furnace service contract every year. Appointments to clean/service the furnace are always on time and they always call to let us know they are on their way. Prices are competitive. They have always been very prompt and responsive to my needs. I highly recommend this company!
