There are a couple decent people that work there, but they have very poor record keeping and organization skills. They sent me several bills for services that they never provided. They have sent me overdue bills for repairs that they never did. When I called and explained that they have me confused with another homeowner, it fell on deaf ears. I received another overdue bill the follow month. This could happen to you! Beware!!
