Never a problem with the service. I was recently in a bind and could barely use my septic system because it was overdue for pumping. They fit me in within a short time and I was only mildly inconvenienced due to the almost backing up of sewage.

We called Dalton's for a pump, and even though they were full through the month, they fit us in quickly. The gentlemen who came out were polite and efficient. We definitely encourage you to use Dalton's.

We tried to schedule an appointment and were never given a specific appointment time. We were told they would be there “in the afternoon.” So we called the day before and they still were unable to provide an accurate time frame for arrival. On the day of the appointment, We received a phone call that they would be “in the area around 9:15.” So my husband had to leave work to meet them at the house. Our neighbors got their tanks pumped first and in the middle of pumping ours the truck’s tank reached max capacity. The service men had to stop pumping and leave to get another tank truck. However on the way back to our house (while my husband is still waiting) they stopped for lunch postponing their arrival back to finish the job. The total job took 3 hours, and was absolutely not worth the money or time spent.
