Derrick fixed our furnace quickly and efficiently. Derrick arrived within the service window and phoned 30 minutes prior to his arrival, which was very helpful. Once he arrived, he walked us through all the possible issues and made sure we were comfortable with the potential cost before doing anything. I rent an apartment and a drain in our building burst around 11pm last night. I called Precision and one other plumbing company - the other company told me it would take up to 4 hours for them to get here, Precision said they'd be here within the hour and they were. Derrick was so helpful and honest and even drew me a picture of what happened. I highly recommend them!
