Matt & Pat, the Dynamic Duo are an absolute scream ????. Don’t break em up, even after Pat becomes a Master. They do a fabulous job of fun customer service and exceptional skill. “Don’t worry about it...” as Matt says. New to Pittsburgh from Minneapolis and feel right at home. Thanks fellas.
I had the pleasure of working with Matt in getting my plumbing stack unclogged. He was very diligent in diagnosing the problem and explained everything to me very simply. His work was done very timely. I had a question about my water heater and he answered it on the spot and set me up with an appointment to get it taken care of. Very fair and reasonable pricing. The best part is I called Monday and Matt was here 8am on Tuesday! I reccomend!!!
Very pleased with the customer service Cuccaro provided from the start. Not only we’re my questions answered but, service was performed in a timely manner with a knowledgeable and practical plumber. I had a range of needs from moving gas lines to replacing pipes in my bathroom. Cuccaro Plumbing walked me through the entire process and I’m very happy with the work that was done!
In a world of contractors not showing up, city permits being delayed, and other vendors’ lackluster performances, Cuccaro plumbing has been the consistency and professionalism we were looking for. They are quick, responsive, efficient, and honestly just great all around. I HIGHLY recommend!
Cuccaro sent a plumber to my home who left my toilet disconnected and sitting on the other side of the bathroom. He said he would need 10 hours to install a flange because he would have to tear out my kitchen ceiling. I asked the plumber if it was safe to leave the toilet like that and he said yes. I later contacted another plumber who said Cuccaro lied to me about having to install the toilet flange by tearing out my kitchen ceiling. Also by them disconnecting the toilet the water pipe that feeds the toilet was dripping into the hole in the floor for months and I didn't know it until now. Cuccaro plumbing caused major damage to my kitchen and downstairs bathroom walls and ceiling. When I spoke with Kaylee at Cuccaro she was really rude and nasty. I wouldn't recommend Cuccaro plumbing for the most minor plumbing job. They were going to rip me off for $1000 or more to install a toilet flange. homeowners beware of Cuccaro plumbing
