Wow, everything from estimate to completing the project was done with extreme professionalism. We had two sump pumps replaced and French drains redone in our basement which is prone to extreme flooding. I cannot begin to thank this crew for giving us a now dry basement. Chris was the fifth vendor that we called in to give an estimate on our basement leak. Instead of focusing on the costs and engineering of remediation systems, he instead began troubleshooting where the leak's source could be located. After just 10 minutes of conversation, I knew his goal wasn't to sell me anything but to help me get out of a predicament. That is the mindset you expect from a trusted expert, not one that is eager to throw out dollar amounts without even examining the symptoms, first. After his review, he asked me if he could open up an area of the drywall, and at that point I trusted him enough to take a look inside. Sure enough, there was a crack in the back foundation wall, that the first four vendors never found and did not even look to find. He could have stopped there and begun to give an estimate, but he didn't. Chris, the true technician he is, requested that we run the back hose to see exactly what was happening when rain hit the back of the house. Only once he saw the water trickling out of the crack as a result was he then confident giving an estimate. The range of estimates the first four vendors gave ranged from $3k to $15k. Let's just say CK Services did it for much less, and without a shred of heartache. Since then, he went on to do more work for me and I have referred more jobs as a result. I appreciate the relationship I have with CK, as honest, trustworthy technicians are extremely hard to find these days. Thank you CK. Look no further.
