Tony did an excellent job on all of the plumbing issues on our mobile home. He was efficient, friendly, and prompt. Could not ask for better service. Dustin also did a great job on our new water heater. Adam came out on an emergency run at night for our air conditioner. Excellent service , timely and informative. Russell and Langston were very professional and efficient. Very friendly too. Took care of our electrical issues. Very impressed with everyone from this company which is a bit unusual , but very much appreciated.

Just had my care plans inspections done and Russell Clark, Adam Austin, and Joseph Moore all did a fantastic job They were very professional and efficient. explained everything perfect so we understood everything. Will always choose Dixie for their wonderful customer service!!!

Our water heater went out, and Dixie was quick to respond! Within an hour of my call, Joseph was on site, thoroughly explained what we needed, and was working to get a new heater installed. He reworked the pipes that were previously incorrect also, which has alleviated several other issues we were having. We now have a working heater in less time than I had anticipated and couldn’t be happier. We also got the Dixie Care Plan and I look forward to having them check all our systems in the near future.

I have the Dixie care plan @ my Mom’s home. Adam was the service tech that met me at the home today. He was friendly and professional. He introduced himself and stated the reason for his visit. A really cool feature, not only does Dixie text a photo of the the technician that will be arriving at your home, they also will give a reminder call an hour to 45 minutes before the appointment to allow for travel. Adam worked quietly and efficiently. He explained what he was going to do, explained what he did, made recommendations, gave cost of recommended services, and left a copy. Best of all being a customer on the Dixie Care Plan, this system performance service appointment did no cost a dime today!
