They are the best company to hire????????????
I had this company come out to unclog the trap in the basement. They charged $250 to get that done. I had to clean all the backed up water from my basement myself. The guys that did the job broke my basement window and didn’t tell me they broke. So I was sleeping in my house with two kids and I didn’t even notice that they had broken the frame off my window. They placed the foam cover I had on it back so I wouldn’t see it. When I finally realized what they did I called the company immediately and informed them of what had happened. I spoke with the manager Vince that assured me he would have it fixed. Well him came an accessed the damage and said he would send someone to fix it. Well they didn’t fix it so I called him back and he told me they were not going to fix it. Thank you Vince for being a man of your word.????????♀️????so needless to see I saved $25 for the job because if I called the competition I would have paid $25 more. But now I have to $200 to have the window replaced. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are not reputable like they say.
We recently purchased a home and shortly there after we had a sewer back up into the basement. I can give 5 stars for speedy response to an emergency call and friendly techs. However, I was charged $400+ for service call to snake my drain as well as $2125 to repair a broken house trap. Not even 48hrs later my sewer backed up again. I was disappointed I was quoted a repair when a manager never came to my home to actually look at the job (tech told me a manager would come look at my sewer before quoting repair) but I called Rossi back. They did send a tech on a Saturday morning to camera the line again(this tech is great and friendly). i was told he would take camera footage back to manager bc he wasn't sure if a trap was broken further in the line.. Manager called me 2 days later and said another trap near the clean out was broken. When I asked why this was not picked up at 1 of the 3 service calls, or when the line was looked at with camera prior, I was told it was unfortunate for me but i had more problems that would cost $2200-2800 to fix.. Again quoted by a manager that never has been to my home. You can get a new sewer line for $6000! We had another company look at our line and found not one issue with it and no more broken traps. I feel like people should be aware of my situation bc this is high pricing without definitive answers for problems. They do not stand behind their work.
One of my family members requested a root issue and they sent a truck with a pressure wash, who created a big water mess, left it mess, left no detail or when someone would come out to cut the roots that was the issue all along. I call 3 times today 5/21/18 only to be hung up on. I finally called back at 3:42 pm and asked their office hours and the lady said from 7 am until 3 pm and I asked will the owner be in she said I don't know. Now I've been waiting for the owner to call me back all day and I was told he has my message. I learned that this company has a reputation of over charging customer from people who have had or know people who was ripped off. I decided to find out for myself if this is so true. I have decided to go to the company at 7 am on 5/22/18 to make sure that my niece get her money back. She was charge for two truck calls when her fiancé only requested roots be cut. This is a sign of miscommunication on the staff of Rossi Rooter. This company was established in 1943 and now 75 years later I believe this is a good company but right is right. All we are asking that she be refunded just as fast as they cashed the check on 5/18/2018. My goal is to make sure the owner know what his staff is doing. This business has not been in business for 75 years by hurting and taking from others and I believe the owner cares, how their customers are treated. My name is Cynthia Marie Baldwin and niece is Melissa, she is so upset, but I told God will take care of this situation. To the owner please resolve this issue, thank you so very much.
They get the job done right!
