Connor is extremely professional. He is excellent at handling disgruntled customers and championing the Haller Enterprises name. From watching him work in different contexts over the years I can say with confidence that he brings his absolute best everyday and does not settle for doing less than a satisfactory job. I just moved into my house a few months ago and decided to use Haller since they had serviced the system for the previous owner. I am used to a very simple heat pump system and the one I have now is cosmic. Nate from Haller was so great about showing me what I can do and when I should call the company. I had tons of questions, but he was super patient and answered them all. Gave my cooling system a clean bill of health. The appointment was easy to make too.
