Tom, from main line did an excellent job with replacing our hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable with the entire process. This guy works around the clock everyday and he goes out of his way for customer satisfaction. We are forever grateful for choosing main line.

I forget the name of the guy I worked with, but he showed up fast, assessed the situation immediately, called my warranty company to make sure everything was covered and got the job done fast afterwards. I’m happy with the service and thought it was sweet he was giving out free advice for plumbing as well as other property maintenance tips. At first I was a little worried because he sounded a little mean through the phone but then was really nice in person!

We've used Main Line for several years, always dealing directly with Tom. He is polite, prompt, and very transparent about his work. Our projects have mostly been repairs of leaky faucets and malfunctioning toilets, but he's also installed new fixtures and a subpump. I just called him for a serious-looking shower leak and he'll be here on the next business day from my call. While looking up his number, I saw confusion with similar-sounding companies. I think the good reviews I read for the other "Main Line" (which cited happiness for "Tom") were intended for this Main Line and vice versa.

I was provided Main Line Plumbing by my home Warranty Company and when I called to find out when they were coming after 21 hours of no phone call from Main Line Plumbing, I was screamed at. I was told that someone would be at my house either the night of July 4th or the Morning of the 5th. When someone finally answered the phone after 21 hours, I was told they had a family emergency and they would send someone in the afternoon. When I asked for a time I was told he couldn't give me a time and if it was truly an emergency I would make myself available. He proceeded to yell at me. Told me he didn't care and could turn down business at any time. If he had things going on they should not have accepted the business. This company should not be trusted. The way he spoke to me yelling on the phone was absolutely absurd. I have a young child at home without hot water, I can not stay in a place for over 48 hours with no hot water and a baby but apparently because my child's safety is a concern he continued to scream at me. I have never been so disrespected. NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Looks like home warranty companies haven't done their due diligence on this company. Opened a claim for a hot water replacement which took the contractor 5 weeks to finally install after approval received. Day they installed, they could not get it to turn on and told us that it no longer was their responsibility, I had to contact the manufacturer, seriously. I called the manufacturer and then walked me through a set of simple instructions and I had the heater operational within 10 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this outfit to anyone. Very dysfunctional, rude and crass
