Very bad experience. Delays, no shows, didn’t return my calls, no apology, attempted to talk with management but no response. Eventually got a tech out (on the third day) and they did a good job, but I won’t be using these guys again. That’s a Memorial Day weekend I won’t be getting back.

I was very angry concerning a issue concerning a very unique toilet. When they weren't treating me as a valued customer, I expressed this on this site. The owner of this company contacted me and after some minutes of misunderstanding, we finally came to a conclusion. The owner really cool And I have to redo my impression on the company, yes. Did the issues actually take place? Yes. However, the owner called me himself and took the time to explain everything. Bottom lone is that the owner surely took time with me to explain everything, he apologized and I got my refund, quickly! I am happy to say that they surely got my case together and to this I am grateful.

Terrible experience. Charged 290 for nothing. Beware! Do not call these guys!
