I called Vincent Urbano to fix a leaking copper pipe in my 91 year old mother's basement and a plugged up water output pipe for her washer. He put a temporary patch on the leaky pipe and poured acid in the plugged up washer pipe. He was there not more than an hour and charged my mother $300. He came back a couple of days later and replaced the leaky copper pipe. Again, was there not more than an hour and again charged her $300. My mother has been upset ever since as she is low income and $600 is a lot of money for her. This past weekend, my brother reviewed Checkbook and Mr. Urbano is listed as having an hourly rate of $110/hour. So, he overcharged my mother by about $350. Do not hire him. He preys on seniors who are upset and takes advantage of them.
