I had an emergency water problem in my bathroom this morning and I called Ben Franklin Plumbing and Stephanie was able to get me scheduled within 2 hours. Mike came out and was able to fix my problem. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. I would recommend them and plan to have a new water heater installed next month by them. Extremely pleased with all that was done.
Mike did a great job. Second time to my house. Prompt made repairs, explained what was needed and looked st other possible concerns I had that may or may not need attention.
Ron was great! We needed our line scoped and an estimate for some other repairs. He came out, was super courteous and professional. First thing he did when he came in the house, was put on cloth booties over his work boots. I've never seen a plumber do that before. It was a plus for sure.
