I'm sorry I'm just returning this questionnaire. I misplaced in a folder. The gentleman who came out in late April, from Home Serve on behalf of Service Line Warranties, was wonderful! He found the burst valve and replaced it very quickly. He then replaced all the dirt and rocks he had to remove to find the leak and the yard looked like he hadn't even been there. He also answered all my questions very patiently and showed me the location of the valve leak. He was very efficient and was done in less than 2 hours. Great service!
Wonderful! Especially kind service operators. The nasty sewer experience was made into a very well organized and noteworthy event. I recommend this service with complete assurance that you will get quick, immediate, and satisfactory results. The entire package (operators, sewer tech and follow up operators) warrants a five star rating.
Within 2 hours of making the call to Customer Service to report a blocked sewer line, the repair was successfully completed, the workers were on their way to their next stop, and life was back to normal at our house. I shared this excellent experience with Nextdoor, where there was an ongoing discussion about subscribing to Service Line Warranties.
The response time was excellent. I heard from local plumbing company (new to me) within maybe two hours and they came out that same afternoon. Unfortunately they were unable to diagnose or repair the problem. They did check the meter at the street and said there was no indication of a leak. But when they could not identify the water pressure problem I asked them what they would do if this were their house. "I'd call a plumber" is the response I got. I have since done that and the problem is solved. At my expense.
This was the first time that I needed SLWA services. It was clear from the moment that a CSR answered my call that I was important to them. A plumber called me almost immediately and service was scheduled. I appreciated that I received text messages and emails keeping me informed of the pertinent information and confirmations of the upcoming service call. That continued to the communications provided by the plumbing company up to the arrival of the plumber, who cleared up my sewer line problem. I was very impressed with the HomeServe process from beginning to end!
