Contacted them to inquire about having a water heater put in. They got back to me super fast and gave me a rough estimate. When they got to the house they said it was more work than originally thought due to antiquated pipes and that it would be about double what they estimated. Long story short, the final bill was $200 more than their second estimate and one of our upstairs sinks barely has any water pressure (it did before). Could have at least sent some lubrication with the bill
