Benjamin Franklin plumbing basically stole $300 from my family. I asked them to come check my boiler out because I was having problems with no heat in one section. I told them I already bled the lines for the whole system to purge air and was still unable to get heat in the one section. For the $300 they stole from us all they did was bleed my lines again which took them approximately an hour and a half. They were not able to get heat to the section I was having problems with. $300 to bleed the lines with no results. They did not install any parts. My wife has been in contact with them for over three weeks with no results. Mike the office manager has been dodging her calls for the last week and a half. Ben Franklin plumbing if we do not get a phone call and talk like civilized adults I will continue to write reviews every day about this situation. I will say the woman answering the phones and the service men were very nice. Thank you for the call yesterday.
Charged me $59.00 service charge just to give me a ridiculous price for the job. Never again.
