These gentlemen have surpassed my expectations in service contractors . I will say no more, except if you have a water issue and don't try this company, you'll lose out. Again, I'd like to thank the entire staff plus the two service reps who came to my house for their excellent service. I mean this sincerely.

Amazing service! ASK FOR ERIC AND MELVIN! These guys came out in the pouring rain. They dug 3ft down to find my well and gave me a brand new setup/system to replace my old Jet Pump "which had lost suction to the well". They didn't try to sell me anything, they only did what was necessary at the time. When they were getting close to finishing up, Eric had a couple of heads up/recommendations for the future. Me being the person i am jumped on the opportunity to take care of as many foreseeable problems as i could. Fair price for great work! if you are reading this, thanks again Eric and Mel! ps. 30 years PLUS in the well business and it really shows. Don't take a risk on your system to save money. You will be paying for it in the long run. HESS WELL PUMP IN NEWTOWN PA = 100% satisfaction

being in the construction field I watch all work done at my home closely. they gave me terrific service and workmanship at a reasonable cost. i could not be happier. they earned all 5 STARS.

I had progressively lower water pressure everyday so i finally called hess well pumps they came right out diagnosed the problem. They replaced my well pump which was the problem then they ended up replacing my pressure tank I have lived in this house for nineteen years this is the best pressure i have ever had by a long shot. I thought these guys were awesome in every way!!!!!!
