Bought our house in Fairless Hills in February 2007. We learned of Goldey Plumbing from purchasing a dishwasher and installation through the now defunct Sears Store at Oxford Valley Mall. A year or two went by and my son's friend was over and ended up using the better part of a full roll of toilet paper to clean his backside. "Hello, Goldey Plumbing? HELP!" They came out, had to go up on the roof to snake the drain because the former house owners didn't make the clean outs accessible. Problem solved. A couple of years later, the same toilet, just a different user, the same problem! Once again: "Hello, Goldey Plumbing? HELP!" Up on the roof top Goldey goes again. Then my father decided he could repair the drain under the kitchen sink, and had he been 20 years younger he probably could have, but once again: "Hello, Goldey Plumbing? HELP!" So I'm getting into the shower last night in the bathroom with the demon toilet, and I'll be an SOB if the drain wasn't plugged again. About five minutes after 5:00 pm I made the familiar call: "Hello, Goldey Plumbing? HELP!" They came out this morning and we ran gallons of water down the drain, and whatever was blocking it corrected itself! I was getting ready to grab my billfold to pay for the service call and Gand told me: "We've been here enough so don't sweat it. WOW! Now THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE, and that's why for ANY plumbing in our house we always go" "Hello, Goldey Plumbing? HELP!"
I had a simple repair and they were terrific. They were on schedule and superb job.
