Great customer service! And great turnaround for service at a busy time of year. I would definitely recommend ServiceMark!

Have been using this company for 17 yrs. No Problems. The phone operators are very helpful and get you to the right place promptly and get your service scheduled when needed. Their service contract is very good also as you don't have to remember to have seasonal checkups done. I am very old and remember what old services (in general) used to be like - you call, they come right away, chat with you about what is wrong and what needs to be fixed so that you understand and at the best cost, and then they fix it. That's what you get from ServiceMark.

Technician [Josh. M.] arrived promptly, after a telephone call some 15-20 minutes prior to arrival. He did the necessary servicing of our gas-fired furnace and gave us a timely warning about the relative "old age" of our hot water heater. All in all, a successful service call.

when i called, the scheduler told me there was a 89.99 fee for them to come out and then the cost to replace whatever needed to be fixed. To me, it sounded like if a piece needed to be replaced i would pay for it. $219 later it turns out the $89 was the come out fee and on top of that there would be an hourly rate. the tech was kind enough to charge me for 1/2 hour since i had only a loose wire. However, as far as the work, my issue was diagnosed quickly and resolved. VERY MISLEADING!!!

The servicing was excellent so why the one star? I'll get to that... But first: I called Wednesday morning and John the technician was at my door by 12. He quickly assessed that I needed a new system. Wonderful... He was excellent in explaining options and short term solutions if I wanted to go that route but I didn't as we recently bought the house and want to do things correctly with the long term in mind. John contacted the sales team to walk me through my options but it went to voicemail. That seemed a little strange as we all know company lines into sales teams always reach someone looking for a commission... But it is peak season so I wasn't too bothered. The rest of the day goes by and no return phone call. The next day, I call them basically begging for them to sell me a new system. The initial woman to answer says she can even see on my paperwork "customer interested in new system." She then says something I'll never forget: "I will see if someone from sales is available to talk to you." I couldn't believe that line. As if I should be hoping and praying that someone from sales would find me worthy of their time. Well....nobody from sales was available LOL. It's Friday morning and I still have never received a call back going into the weekend... But back to Thursday. I hang up with Servicemark and call Horizon. 3 hours later, a Horizon sales person is walking out of my house with $15,000 in hand and my new system is being installed as I write this (Friday morning). Not only was Horizon "available to talk to me," they had someone out to me in person within 3 hours of my call. Although Servicemark's initial technician was AMAZING, their sales organization, if you can call it that, was appalling.
